I want Gallery as time line.. Based on inserted date, Photos are under one album...Last inserted album should come Top. HOW TO DO THIS...

I am using an Image from the Images folder to bind the gridview with width of the image from the database value. For this i am using below tag in aspx page.
Anyways, This is working fine with the image showing in the gridview row record with their respective lengths.
However, i need to change the color of this image at different points based on some parameters. Do you have any idea how to change the color of the image at different points ?? (not the background color of the gridview row)
